    Relational Counseling

    Embrace Life’s Challenges

Sometimes, it seems as if life just has it in for us and we can never catch a break. In reality, there will always be moments we have little to no control over but, what we can always control is how we react to those moments. With Relationship Counseling, you’ll learn about acceptance as well as develop skills you need to improve the relationships in your life.

    We Offer:

    Premarital Counseling (Utilizing SYMBIS Assessment)

    Marriage Counseling (Utilizing SYMBIS Assessment)

Reaching out for assistance and exploring new avenues for personal development requires considerable courage. It also necessitates the strength to transcend feelings of hopelessness and shame. The encouraging news is that hope exists beyond struggles, allowing individuals to overcome the hurts, habits, and challenges intrinsic to daily life. With over a decade of experience in supporting individuals facing substance misuse, anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma, I am committed to empowering clients to shift their perspectives and transform their pain into opportunities for personal growth. I possess a doctorate in Christian Counseling and Psychology, a master's degree in human services and addictions from Regent University, and a bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications from Central Penn.

As a Board-Certified Christian Counselor, an International Christian Chaplain, and a licensed therapist, I hold specialized training in the treatment of anger management, grief and loss, and trauma, particularly focusing on assisting both women and men who have endured traumatic experiences. Furthermore, I am a Certified SYMBIS Facilitator, which enables me to offer both pre-marital and post-marital counseling. Collaborating with couples and families is a privilege I cherish.

I employ an integrative, strength-based approach, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy and various other therapeutic modalities to promote overall health and wellness. It is time for individuals to experience healing, restoration, and sustainable change. If you are prepared to take this important step, I stand ready to assist you.
